Apple Retail in France seeks a Senior Manager to lead a store team, drive customer experiences, and align with business priorities. You’ll mentor other managers, collaborate with the Store Leader on strategy, and model inclusive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and retain top talent, ensure exceptional service, solve complex problems, and uphold Apple policies while protecting assets. Availability may include nights and weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead a store team (including Managers) to meet performance goals and business priorities.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer and team concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership as needed.
• Drive business priorities by planning and executing the store's operational strategy across all areas.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets including confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate inclusive leadership.
