Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer based in France to own the quality strategy across a cloud infrastructure platform. You will design scalable testing frameworks for backend services and user interfaces, and lead cross-functional quality initiatives.

You will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), apply AI-assisted workflows to improve testing, and mentor teams on reliability, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in quality assurance, testing, or test automation.
• Hands-on programming in Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing test strategies for backend and UI.
• CI/CD integration experience with automated tests.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Define end-to-end test strategy across services.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve testability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct exploratory testing and root-cause analysis.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to review PRs and test plans.
