Jobgether is seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer based in France to own the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production reliability that underpin our growing software platform.

In this role you will influence architectural decisions, work across AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, TypeScript and NestJS, and help teams ship faster with secure, scalable, and observable systems. You will collaborate with product teams and adopt AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10+ years of relevant software engineering or platform engineering experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of AWS services and production cloud design, deployment and operation.
• Terraform or comparable IaC tool experience for automation and reliability.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems principles (ordering, idempotency, retries, partial failures).
• Production PostgreSQL experience including configuration, migrations, tuning, backups, and recovery.

Aufgaben

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS services to support scalable, reliable applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling safe, automated releases from code commit to production.
• Own production PostgreSQL environments, including tuning, migrations, backups, and recovery strategies.
• Strengthen distributed systems by addressing ordering, retries, idempotency, and failure handling.
• Balance speed and technical quality to maintain stability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Influence architectural direction with product teams and stakeholders, aligning infrastructure with business goals.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows to improve coding efficiency, testing, and deployment processes.
