Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Senior QA Engineer embedded within a product squad to own quality strategy, automation, performance and integration practices. You will shape test architecture and act as the squad's technical authority on quality.

You will work with engineering and product teams from the earliest stages, mentor engineers, lead AI-assisted testing initiatives, and drive robust testing standards across the wider organization, with a strong focus on reliability and scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA engineering in a software product environment.
• Experience owning testing strategy for complex technical domains.
• Production-quality tests in Java, Python, or JavaScript in CI.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an engineering squad and contribute as a core technical contributor.
• Own the squad’s test architecture, strategy, and coverage gaps.
• Lead performance and load testing with baselines and actionable improvements.
• Mentor QA Engineers and raise standards across teams.
• Represent QA in broader initiatives and tooling decisions.
• Take ownership of strategic QA initiatives (e.g., contract-testing framework).
• Leverage AI/LLM tooling for test generation and regression analysis.
