You will define QA strategy, own test plans, and drive automation growth while collaborating with Delivery Leads and the Head of Quality in a dynamic, consulting environment.

The role emphasizes AI-driven QA initiatives, cross‑functional teamwork, and a commitment to high standards within an international, client‑facing context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA teams in large-scale projects.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models and consulting is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute quality strategy for owned squads.
• Own test plan and sign-off criteria for releases.
• Build, maintain and grow automated test coverage.
• Manage and prioritize the test backlog and defect triage.
• Ensure environments and datasets are fit for purpose.
• Report QA status, risks and readiness with actionable metrics.
• Mentor QA engineers within squads and contribute to the transverse QA community.
• Support AI-driven QA initiatives and automation tooling adoption.
• Provide KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver structured technology reporting and roadmaps to client and leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to raise quality standards.
