Job summary

Odaseva is hiring a Quality Engineer to join a global QA squad and drive high‑quality software across Europe and the US. You will design, implement, and maintain manual and automated tests within an Agile Product squad, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure robust releases.

You will lead testing activities, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and promote QA best practices. Hybrid work in Paris with global teams is offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or master's with 7 years in QA or development.
• Fluent in English and French for daily collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and test management.

Responsibilities

• Test Case Design & Execution: design comprehensive test cases from requirements.
• Test Automation: develop and maintain automated tests.
• Collaboration & Leadership: lead QA within the squad and align with PMs and Developers.
• Bug Tracking & Analysis: document and triage defects in Jira.
• CI/CD Integration: integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab Actions).
• Quality Culture: advocate QA best practices across the team.
• Participation in Agile Ceremonies: engage in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
