Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager for the French Public Sector. You will drive complex new business opportunities, engage with high-level government stakeholders, and position Iron Mountain as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and information governance.

You’ll manage full enterprise sales cycles, including procurement processes and RFP responses, while collaborating with legal, solution engineering, and bid teams to win strategic deals in a hybrid

Qualifications

Significant experience in enterprise solution sales, particularly SaaS or digital transformation.
Strong knowledge of French public sector procurement processes.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles, build enterprise pipelines, and hit revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic account growth with French public sector organizations and government entities.
Own end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract award and partnerships.
Engage with C-level executives and senior government decision-makers.
Lead responses to public tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, solution engineering, and bid management teams.
