Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our Public Sector team in France.

In this role, you will drive complex new business opportunities and expand Iron Mountain’s presence across the French Public Sector landscape, engaging with high-level government stakeholders and positioning Iron Mountain as a trusted advisor in digital transformation, information governance, and innovative data management solutions.

Formación

• Significant experience in enterprise solution sales within SaaS, Digital Transformation, or Information Management.
• Strong knowledge of French Public Sector procurement processes and strategic government engagement.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build enterprise pipelines, and meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Account Growth: expand key accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
• End-to-End Sales Execution: manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build trusted relationships with C-level and senior government decision-makers.
• Public Tender Leadership: lead complex negotiated procedures and RFP responses within procurement frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with legal, solution engineering and bid teams to deliver high-value proposals.
