Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in France. You will drive organic growth by acquiring new, large enterprise customers within the Manufacturing, Logistics & Energy sectors, shaping deals that align with client objectives.

You will build consultative relationships with C-level executives, lead tailored information management solutions, and collaborate with Solutions, Operations and Legal teams to ensure successful delivery and

Qualifications

Proven enterprise sales experience securing new logos in manufacturing, logistics or energy sectors.
Strong consultative selling methodologies with executive-level negotiation experience.
Fluency in French and English, with ability to present to boards in both languages.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients within France in the Manufacturing, Logistics & Energy sectors.
Engage C-level executives to understand objectives and pain points, and shape tailored information management solutions.
Lead development and sale of tailored Information Management solutions translating customer requirements into value propositions.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive opportunities through negotiation and RFP processes to meet quotas.
Act as a trusted industry expert on sector challenges and opportunities for clients.
