ServiceNow seeks a Program Director to lead large, multi‑geography programs with strategic oversight and hands‑on capability when needed. You will drive governance, risk management, and value realization across complex initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

You will engage with executives, customers, and partners, shaping solutions, pre‑sales input, and program structures to secure successful outcomes and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large, multi‑project programs across geographies and business units.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into program governance and outcomes.
• Experience enabling customers to adopt AI and automation within complex delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for complex programs and align with customer value.
• Oversee Program and Project Managers ensuring delivery per standards and best practices.
• Build executive relationships and provide high‑level updates to customers and sponsors.
• Foster a high‑performing team culture and manage risks, changes, resources, and budgeting.
