Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager for our Professional Services team to lead complex, enterprise-scale customer transformations and shape the next generation of delivery in the Agentic Era.

You will own end-to-end engagements, interface with senior executives, and drive hybrid delivery models that combine humans and AI agents while ensuring governance, quality and value. Travel regionally and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex external customer engagements.
• Ability to mentor senior team members and engage with executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage risks.
• Demonstrated leadership across distributed teams.
• Proven delivery on time and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Own the engagement end-to-end and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Be the primary customer interface and trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Lead enterprise programmes with plans, timelines, risks, resources and budgets.
• Lead hybrid delivery models (humans + AI agents) with governance and quality.
• Own project financial performance and forecast.
