Jobgether SRL seeks a Product Lead Practitioner based in France to advise investors and technology leaders on high-impact product and AI decisions across EMEA. You will translate market data into actionable insights, oversee growth across borders, and support portfolio companies with product strategy and localization.

You will interact with investment teams and senior executives to shape roadmaps, evaluate AI capabilities, and ensure rigorous due diligence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience with senior/executive leadership roles such as Director, VP, or CPO.
• Strong track record in B2B software or SaaS across EMEA or international markets.
• Experience shipping products at scale with ownership of strategy and delivery.
• Hands-on AI/ML powered product experience including data protection and user trust considerations.
• Ability to assess AI strategies externally, with regulatory and competitive awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting software companies through growth, expansion, or M&A is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to product assessments for investment firms and portfolio companies across the EMEA lifecycle.
• Evaluate product strategy, roadmaps, GTM, and competitive positioning across EMEA markets.
• Assess practical AI applications within products and implications for value creation.
• Analyse product-market fit, segmentation, expansion, and localization requirements.
• Review product orgs, delivery capabilities, and readiness for growth across distributed teams.
• Conduct primary research through executive interviews and market research.
• Synthesise evidence into investment-grade deliverables and present to committees.
• Advise product leaders on strategy, localization, and development post-investment.
