Malt, Europe’s leading freelance marketplace, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate GSV and market penetration from its Paris area base.

You will translate customer insights into scalable commercial execution, drive beta programs and launches across Europe, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver tangible business impact.

• Orchestrated and scaled go-to-market strategies from scratch for complex B2B platforms.
• Distilled immense ambiguity into clear, actionable frameworks, demonstrating critical thinking and a relentless bias for action.
• Forged strong, collaborative partnerships across commercial, product, and marketing organizations, adjusting communication styles to influence diverse global cultures.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, anticipating blockers and proactively engineering solutions.
• Leveraged Analyst Relations to successfully elevate brand positioning and market credibility in the B2B tech space.
• Advanced marketplace economics and dynamic matching optimization.
• Complex multi-stakeholder enablement, aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales under a single, unified revenue objective.
• Data-driven GTM sequencing and rapid pilot-to-launch scaling methodologies.
• Cross-border commercial storytelling designed specifically for diverse European enterprise segments.
