Job summary

Malt, Europe’s leading freelance marketplace, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Malt’s pricing, packaging and GTM strategy across the business. You will partner with Finance, Product and Sales to drive willingness-to-pay research, monetisation and pricing updates, translating value into scalable revenue models.

You will lead segmentation, messaging and competitive intelligence, and build high-impact enablement for revenue teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or strategy.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven recommendations.
• Cross-functional influencer with ability to build rapport across Commercial, Product, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Adaptive communicator across multi-cultural teams and varied seniority levels.
• Continuous learning mindset with project management skills and ability to connect trends to opportunities.
• Applications and CVs submitted in English as required by Malt.
