Malt is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to architect the narrative and go‑to‑market engine for core business initiatives. You will lead GTM strategy across multiple product areas with high autonomy in a fast‑moving European scale‑up.

Role focuses on zero‑to‑one growth, translating customer insights into scalable commercial execution to accelerate GSV and market penetration. Based in Paris with a strong cross‑border team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Ability to distill ambiguity into clear frameworks and act with speed.
• Proven collaboration across commercial, product and marketing functions.
• Track record of managing multiple high‑stakes projects and driving results.
• Experience elevating brand positioning in B2B tech through Analyst Relations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive go‑to‑market launch strategies for core product areas.
• Build a scalable commercial toolkit for demand gen, lifecycle marketing and sales enablement.
• Unify Product, Sales and Customer Success around a cohesive roadmap and pilots.
