Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale its acquisition engine and drive product-led and marketing-led growth across France, Germany and Italy. You will own the freemium design, conversion paths and cross-country packaging to lower CAC and grow ARR, while guiding cross-functional teams on when to route to sales as needed.

The role requires deep data-driven decision making, pricing and packaging judgment in regulated healthcare contexts, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• You have owned a PLG conversion, ARR or CAC metric as your primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale.
• You have scaled product-led growth alongside a sales motion.
• You read data yourself, define funnel measurement from scratch, and make decisions with experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the freemium offer and conversion paths to paid plans.
• Own and improve the subscription funnel, including checkout and sign-up unification.
• Improve in-product flows to upsell higher-value plans across geographies.
