Brevo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the mid-market product line end to end. You’ll lead a pod—PM/Designer plus 2-3 engineers—through problem framing, solution shaping, build, release and measurement.

This role blends product management, design, and engineering judgment with AI tools, and welcomes PM, design, or engineering backgrounds. You’ll report into the Product Engineering director within the BU and collaborate across pods.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of experiences from problem framing through prototype and validation.
• Able to write and defend a complete pitch: problem, appetite, solution, no-gos and success metrics.
• Experience shipping against a committed appetite using lightweight artifacts (hill charts).
• Comfort reading AI-generated code and partnering with a Lead Engineer on trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Gather client signals and usage data; translate into clearly defined problems and defend them.
• Serve as pod's sole design reference: frame UX, make decisions, prototype with our design system.
• Lead build cycle with lightweight status artefacts; adjust scope rather than extend timelines.
• Own the launch: run beta, prepare go-to-market, align Sales/CS/Support before release.
• Be the single point of contact for the BU; surface risks early and coordinate with peers.
• Apply AI tools by default across discovery, prototyping and analysis.
