lemlist is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process from discovery to shipping, working with Senior Product Managers and Developers across squads to deliver meaningful impact for users. You’ll own design from problem discovery to shipping, and help shape the future of Sales tech.

You’ll shape the future of Product Design and Sales, create world-class experiences, and lead with a bias for action in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, scale-up experience preferred.
• Bias for action and hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak with users.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong SaaS market knowledge and business sense.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams.
• Humility, curiosity and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own design from problem discovery to shipping across squads.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver impact.
• Identify problems, propose improvements, shape the roadmap.
• Ensure quality, simplicity and usability across the product.
