Brevo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Pro Business Unit focused on mid-market. You will own a pod's product lifecycle from problem to measure, blending PM, design and engineering with AI-enhanced approaches.

You’ll work with Figma, design system, and tools like Claude and Amplitude; require end-to-end ownership, data-driven decisions, and a bias for action; remote-friendly with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of user experience from problem to post-launch verdict.
• Figma familiarity and design-system literacy required.
• Ability to read usage data (Amplitude, funnel, retention) and turn signals into problems.
• Experience pitching and defending product bets with clear success metrics.

Responsabilités

• Gather signals and translate into clearly defined problems; defend the pitch.
• Frame UX decisions and create prototypes aligned with Naos design system; leverage Claude or in-house prototyping tools.
• Run build cycles with lightweight artefacts; adjust scope, not timelines.
• Define measurable outcomes before build; deliver post-launch verdict (continue/adjust/discontinue).
• Own the launch: run beta, enable go-to-market, prepare Sales/CSM/Support.
• Be the pod's single contact for the BU; surface risks early and apply AI tools by default across discovery and analysis.
