Brevo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Pro Business Unit in Paris. You will own a pod’s end‑to‑end lifecycle from problem framing to build and post‑launch measurement.

The role blends PM, Product Design and Engineering leadership, with AI tools integrated by default into day‑to‑day work. You will collaborate across Product, Design and Engineering in a cross‑functional pod, shaping experiences for mid‑market customers while leveraging the Naos design system and in‑house prototyping

Qualifications

• Background as PM, Product Designer, or Lead Engineer with end‑to‑end product ownership.

Responsabilités

• Gather signals, shape the pitch, and defend it at the betting table.
• Own the pod’s design reference: frame UX, make interface decisions, and prototypes.
• Run the build cycle with lightweight artefacts and adjust scope rather than extend timelines.
• Launch ownership: run beta, enable go‑to‑market, and prepare Sales, CSM and Support prior to release.
• Be the single contact for the wider BU, surface risks early, and apply AI tools across discovery, prototyping and analysis.
