Brevo is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for our Pro Business Unit dedicated to mid-market clients. You will own a pod’s end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem framing to launch, balancing user needs with business outcomes.

Strong literacy in Figma, design systems and AI tooling will be essential. You will collaborate across Product, Design and Engineering, driving metrics through lightweight, async cadences and shaping experiences with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• PM, Product Designer, or Lead Engineer background.
• Ability to own an experience end-to-end: frame problems, outline solutions, and validate prototypes (Figma and design system literacy).
• Ability to write and defend a complete pitch with appetite, sketch, no-gos and success metrics.

Responsabilités

• Translate client signals and usage data into clearly defined problems and shape the pitch for the pod.
• Frame the user experience and make interface/interaction decisions; create prototypes aligned with the Naos design system.
• Run the build cycle using lightweight async artifacts and manage scope vs timelines.
• Deliver a post-launch verdict and own the launch including beta program and GTM enablement.
• Be the pod's single point of contact for the BU and integrate AI tools by default in discovery, prototyping and analysis.
