Brevo is building Brevo OS, an AI-native operating system for small businesses. As Product Engineer, you will shape an early-stage product inside Brevo, with a six-person team and first customer deployments.

You will work on agents-based workflows, defining user needs and how to extend the platform. You will collaborate with product management, frontend, backend, data modelling, infrastructure, and AI to deliver real value to solopreneurs and small teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong product thinking and business analysis.
• English is the working language; French not required.

Responsabilités

• Turn high level business needs into concrete features and data models.
• Extend platform primitives and ship improvements to production.
• Work across product, frontend, backend, data modelling, infra, and AI.
• Leverage coding agents (Claude Code) for implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Decompose problems for agent execution with proper context.
