Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the DODO team in Platform. You will craft and maintain the common data infrastructure building blocks with a Platform as a Product mindset, enabling product teams to move faster and build higher quality healthcare solutions.

You will own the vision for data management products, collaborate with 600+ engineers across 70+ teams, and work in an agile environment to deliver scalable data services for healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management with direct ownership and specs writing.
• Experience with technical platforms and large-scale infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate with 600+ engineers across 70+ teams.
• Experience launching products in a large-scale international B2B environment.
• Fluency in English and French (C1 level minimum).

Responsibilities

• Own the 2-year vision for data storage and datastore products.
• Define strategy and roadmap for data management across multiple datastores and file storage.
• Drive reliability, cost transparency, and SLOs across teams.
• Define experiences for managing production data and AI storage needs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to align architecture decisions and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end projects from problem definition to rollout and impact.
