Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the DODO team in Platform. You will build and own data management building blocks, enabling 600+ engineers across 70+ teams to innovate faster in healthcare technology.

You will shape the product strategy for data storage, lifecycle, access, and AI storage needs, coordinating with staff and senior engineers to balance trade-offs and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management with direct product ownership.
• Experience with technical products and platforms.
• Ability to drive change across large engineering organizations (600+ engineers, 70+ teams).
• Experience launching products in large-scale international B2B environments.
• Fluent in English and French (C1).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and healthcare transformation drive.

Responsabilités

• Own and align the 2-year vision for data storage across Doctolib, defining datastore products and sourcing strategies.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for data management used by 600+ engineers across multiple datastores and data lifecycle solutions.
• Drive reliability, recovery, and cost transparency, including SLOs, backups, and per-team cost visibility.
• Define the experience for managing production data for services beyond the monolith and for AI storage needs.
• Partner with engineers to assess architectural decisions and align stakeholders on trade-offs.
• Lead end-to-end projects from problem definition to rollout and impact follow-up.
