Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the DODO team in Platform. You will own the data storage vision, define strategies for PostgreSQL/Aurora, Kafka, Debezium, and file storage, and drive reliability and cost transparency across hundreds of engineers.

You will collaborate with Staff engineers and product teams in a large-scale, international B2B environment, fluent in English and French, and work in a hybrid Paris-based setup with opportunities for international mobility.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of product management with direct ownership, working with developers, leading rituals, and writing specs.
• Extensive experience with technical products and platforms, and solving large-scale infrastructure challenges.
• Able to drive change across 600+ engineers across 70+ teams.
• Proven experience building and launching products in a large-scale international B2B environment.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level minimum).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to transform healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own and align the 2-year vision for data storage at Doctolib, defining datastore products and how they serve the monolith and ecosystem.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for data management products used by 600+ engineers across multiple datastores and data flows.
• Drive reliability, recoverability, and cost transparency with SLOs, backups, and per-team cost visibility.
• Collaborate with staff engineers to assess architectural impact and align stakeholders on trade-offs.
• Measure engineer satisfaction and lead projects end-to-end from problem definition to rollout and impact.
