Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Node.js/Python) based in France to lead backend development and AI integration in a remote-first environment.

You will design, develop, and operate scalable web services and APIs, mentor teammates, and collaborate with AI engineers to productionize Python-based tools. A strong emphasis on architecture, reliability, and best practices drives this role.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web services.
• Strong CS fundamentals and distributed computing concepts.
• Hands-on with Node.js/TypeScript and Python in backend systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying on AWS and configuring scalable architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and operate scalable web services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and related technologies.
• Lead architectural decisions balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize Python-based AI tools within backend environments.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering standards and documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain high-quality code and reviews.
