Job summary

Jobgether seeks an AI Architect / AI Engineering Lead based in France to shape enterprise AI architecture and lead production-grade autonomous AI systems. You will oversee requirements, coding, testing, and CI/CD while building scalable, reliable AI workflows.

Role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, Claude, and Azure, plus strong Java/Spring and React/TypeScript skills. Remote, international collaboration, and healthcare-adjudication exposure are considered assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering/DevOps experience.
• Hands-on in production-grade LLM or agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development experience.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of agentic and multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development.
• Strong Azure cloud experience; CI/CD and DevOps.
• Strong architectural thinking and leadership; communication.
• Healthcare/claims adjudication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of production-grade autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise AI architecture, engineering practices, and solution delivery.
• Design and implement AI agents that support software development workflows, including requirements, coding, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Develop and integrate LLM- and RAG-based solutions using modern agentic AI frameworks and technologies.
• Apply LangGraph, LangChain, Claude, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to build effective AI-powered engineering workflows.
• Collaborate across software engineering, DevOps, and cloud environments to ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
• Contribute to architecture decisions spanning backend services, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, and automated delivery pipelines.
• Drive best practices for AI engineering, multi-agent orchestration, development automation, and continuous improvement.
