Edenred is seeking a Product Designer to shape the UX of a large-scale CRM used daily by Sales, Customer Care, and support teams.

You will translate research into concrete deliverables, craft wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers, researchers, and developers to balance usability with technical realities.

The role reports to the Head of Design and requires a proactive, analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Ergonomics, UX Design, or related field.
• Significant experience designing internal tools in complex B2E environments.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Develop an understanding of professional user contexts, workflows, and business needs
• Translate UX research insights into structured and actionable design directions
• Produce design deliverables (wireframes, high-def mockups, prototypes) aligned with identified needs
• Integrate the specific constraints of CRM systems (complex workflows, information density, business rules...) into design proposals
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and project requirements
• Make informed trade-offs between usability, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Work collaboratively with other Designers and User Researchers
