Workday is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Success Plans team, delivering targeted micro consulting to customers on Workday applications. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding configuration, troubleshooting, and demonstrations to help customers achieve business goals.

You will collaborate with customers to identify optimization opportunities, share best practices, and drive adoption of new Workday features while staying current with industry practices and Workday roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Prism Analytics experience.
• 3+ years of Workday HCM/Financial reporting & analytics.
• 5+ years of HCM reporting, analytics, and data warehousing experience.
• 3+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver various services to Workday Success Plans customers.
• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips & tricks.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
• Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications; stay updated on Workday roadmap.
