Workday HCM Consultant — End-to-End Implementations

Adapt1, a Workday services partner, is growing its Workday HCM team and looking for a certified Workday HCM consultant who wants to work on end-to-end implementations, phase-2 rollouts and post-go-live optimization projects across North America.

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Workday HCM Core certification; additional Workday certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on Workday HCM experience in implementations, support or optimization.
• Solid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, leave management).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support the configuration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Onboarding)
• Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholders
• Build supervisory and matrix organizations, job architecture, business processes, security roles and reports
• Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants
