Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Workday Success Plans consultant to help customers maximize their Workday investment across Go-Live and post-Go-Live journeys. You will guide micro consulting engagements, deliver demonstrations, and advise on configuration and best practices.

You will collaborate with customers, share expertise, and help drive new programs to boost feature adoption while developing broader product knowledge and roadmap awareness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and maintaining Prism Analytics.
• 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics.
• 5+ years HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing for enterprise software.
• 3+ years IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering small scope consulting, configuration guidance, and demos for customers.
• Troubleshooting Workday configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicating responses and value clearly to customers.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Providing one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
• Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Tenant Reviews).
• Maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and staying updated with Workday roadmap.
• Helping drive creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
