Adapt1 is seeking a certified Workday HCM consultant to design, deploy and optimize Workday HCM across North America. You will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configurations and lead functional workstreams from implementation to post-go-live optimization.

You will work on end-to-end configurations for Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and more, while traveling to client sites up to 25% and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Active Workday HCM Core certification.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday HCM experience in implementation, support or optimization projects.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

Adapt1 is a Workday services partner helping organizations design, deploy and optimize Workday Human Capital Management. We are growing our Workday HCM team and looking for a certified Workday HCM consultant who wants to work on end-to-end implementations, phase-2 rollouts and post-go-live optimization projects across North America.

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do

• Lead or support the configuration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Onboarding).
• Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholders.
• Build supervisory and matrix organizations, job architecture, business processes, security roles and reports.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants.

• Active Workday HCM Core certification; additional certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting or Talent are an asset.

• Solid understanding of HR processes (hire‑to‑retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, leave management).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and client‑facing skills
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25%).
