Jobgether is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (Platform Experience) based in France for a remote-first role. You will build an internal platform serving multiple product teams, with ownership spanning frontend, backend, integrations, security, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will design APIs, orchestrate external integrations, and implement security and observability at scale, collaborating with AI automation teams to enable sophisticated, secure agent-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building web products end to end with frontend and backend ownership.
• Production experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing complex workflows integrating multiple external systems.
• Hands-on experience building integrations with external APIs.
• Experience with RBAC, multi-tenancy, SSO/OIDC, and audit logging.
• Experience with AI/LLM APIs or AI-powered capabilities.
• Strong relational data modeling with tenancy and data isolation.
• AWS architecture and Infrastructure as Code; Terraform preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop user-facing platform experiences supporting analytics, releases, live ops, and workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for the internal platform.
• Create robust integration layer for external systems with proper auth, caching, and rate limiting.
• Build orchestration for integrations with scheduled and event-driven workflows.
• Implement RBAC, multi-tenant data isolation, SSO, and audit logging as core security patterns.
• Develop MCP layer using multiple focused servers for granular access control.
• Collaborate with AI Automation teams on agent-driven workflows securely.
• Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and product analytics across stack.
• Contribute to platform architecture, standards, and long-term reliability.
• End-to-end ownership from design to deployment and improvement.
