round8 talent search is partnering with a high-growth, remote-first SaaS AdTech business that builds mission-critical infrastructure used by leading digital publishers worldwide. We seek a Senior Platform Engineer to own the production platform and shape Platform Engineering’s future.

This role reports to the CTO, owning infrastructure strategy, Terraform, and multi-cloud foundations, enabling faster, more secure software delivery across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code platform.
• Experience with GitOps and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, observability and security.
• The ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve a large-scale Kubernetes production platform.
• Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple providers.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance and security.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build and improve deployment automation and GitOps workflows.
• Drive observability, monitoring and incident management best practices.
• Partner with software engineers to improve developer experience and deployment processes.
• Help architect infrastructure capable of supporting significant future growth.
• Act as the technical owner for infrastructure decisions and platform evolution.
