Jobgether is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Offensive Security, for a remote-first role based in France. You will drive offensive security across cloud, containerized infra, SaaS apps, and AI/ML systems, delivering risk-based improvements and durable security controls.

You will lead penetration tests, develop exploits, and collaborate with product teams to embed security into design and architecture. Strong leadership and cloud security experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on offensive security capabilities with software development and cloud security knowledge.
• 3+ years in security engineering with hands-on offensive security and pentesting across apps and infra.
• 2+ years of Python or Golang development.
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization, OAuth, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Experience securing AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Penetration testing experience across SaaS apps and APIs, including manual exploitation.
• Proficient with offensive security tools and OWASP frameworks.
• Awareness of AI/ML security risks and mitigations.

Responsabilités

• Plan, scope, and execute penetration tests, red-team engagements, and adversary-emulation across products and services.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and produce clear, risk-rated findings with remediation guidance.
• Retest vulnerabilities to validate remediation.
• Conduct security reviews and threat modeling across architecture, designs, code, and AI products.
• Build and maintain offensive security tooling, automation, and exploit capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to design security architecture, controls, and Zero Trust/least-privilege.
• Support security programs including automated design reviews and vulnerability management.
• Investigate security events, participate in incident response, and contribute to on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to promote security-by-design practices.
• Contribute to roadmaps, monitoring improvements, compliance, and security docs.
• Own recurring tests and external researcher engagements where appropriate.
• Strengthen security practices for cloud infrastructure, containers, and AI/ML systems.
