Jobgether is seeking a senior Design Engineer based in France to own core UI end to end, translating complex system behavior into developer-friendly interfaces. You will work with the founding team on product direction, performance, and scalable design systems.

Remote-first across Europe with opportunities to shape developer experience for AI workloads; strong autonomy and end-to-end ownership are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong production front-end engineering experience with React, TypeScript, modern HTML and CSS.
• Ability to independently take features from concept to production, release, and deployment.
• A strong portfolio of shipped work demonstrating design craft and build capabilities.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and consistently high product quality.

Responsabilités

• Architect, design, and ship core product UI features from early concepts to production-ready implementation.
• Translate complex distributed-system behavior into clear, intuitive interfaces for developers.
• Design interfaces that communicate execution timelines, retries, queues, state, and failures.
