Jobgether, based in France, seeks a Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience, Backend) to build backend capabilities for large organizations. You will join a cross-functional team focused on scalability, observability, security, and auditability of a cloud-native platform.

The role blends hands-on Go development with database engineering, distributed systems, and production support. You will own features end to end and collaborate across product, design, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production Go development experience.
• Solid understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync).
• SQL and relational databases, migrations.
• Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ownership mindset.
• Experience with observability or security in enterprise software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship backend features end to end, from design to production rollout.
• Design and implement database migrations for safe upgrades.
• Develop observability, reporting, and audit capabilities.
• Build and maintain security-focused backend features.
• Investigate and resolve scalability and performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot backend issues reported by operators and admins.
• Document solutions and participate in code reviews and RFCs.
• Contribute to on-call rotation and maintain reliable production systems.
• Collaborate with backend, platform, QA, product, and design teams.
