Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Non-Functional Testing Specialist to design, run, and optimize performance, resilience, and chaos testing across distributed cloud environments. You will lead test planning, develop scripts with JMeter and Gatling, and collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalable, reliable software systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT, focusing on non-functional, performance, resilience, or load testing.
• Experience with designing and executing performance and resilience tests in distributed/cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Chaos testing tools (ChaosToolkit, Kraken) and related practices.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, workload design, and defect management.
• Practical Java development or automation experience.
• Experience with microservices and containerized/private cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and execute non-functional test plans and scenarios for complex software solutions.
• Design and maintain performance and resilience test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, and related tools.
• Plan and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, and recovery testing activities.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies for distributed cloud environments.
• Prepare environments, workloads, and test data for testing campaigns.
• Monitor resources and metrics to identify bottlenecks and stability issues.
• Analyze results, investigate defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct chaos engineering experiments using ChaosToolkit or Kraken.
• Provide guidance to QA engineers and developers for non-functional testing.
• Develop standards, documentation and reporting for performance testing.
• Collaborate with DevOps and operations for quality initiatives.
• Produce test reports and findings for stakeholders.
