Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience with strong focus on non-functional testing.
• Experience in planning, designing, and executing performance, load, endurance, and resilience tests.
• Strong hands-on with modern performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience in microservices, containerized environments and private cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and execute non-functional test plans and scenarios for complex software.
• Design and maintain performance and resilience test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, and related tools.
• Plan and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, and recovery testing activities.
• Develop end-to-end non-functional testing strategies for distributed cloud environments.
• Prepare environments, workloads, and data for testing campaigns.
• Monitor resources and metrics to identify bottlenecks and stability issues.
• Analyze results, investigate defects, and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Execute chaos engineering scenarios using ChaosToolkit or Kraken.
• Provide guidance to QA and development teams to perform non-functional testing.
• Maintain standards, documentation, and reporting for performance and resilience testing.
• Collaborate with DevOps and operations for continuous quality improvement.
