Jobgether is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in France to own multi‑channel campaigns in a fully remote, international setup. You will manage sizeable advertising budgets across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X, driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth with data‑driven attribution.

Collaborating with Growth Marketing, ABM, SEO, and Revenue Operations, you will shape strategy, develop email nurture programs, and lead a small performance marketing team to deliver

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in performance marketing or demand generation.
• Experience managing annual paid media budgets exceeding $1M.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Full-funnel enterprise demand generation and ABM advertising.
• Collaboration with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations.
• Strong analytics, reporting and attribution skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X and more.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, ABM, and SEO to align strategy and priorities.
• Monitor performance daily; optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS and pipeline impact.
• Develop a structured performance review process; translate insights into actions.
• Report bi‑weekly on budget utilization, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen attribution and data accuracy.
• Build revenue attribution reporting including ABM attribution via APIs.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and resource allocation across channels.
• Identify new platforms and audience strategies to expand reach.
• Develop monthly experimentation roadmaps and coordinate A/B tests.
• Own email marketing: campaigns, segmentation, and nurture sequences.
• Lead a small performance marketing team; foster accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with creative, content and design to test messaging and formats.
