Job summary

Enrich Labs Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for a portfolio of brands. You will own daily account management, structure campaigns, pace budgets, and defend spend decisions with data.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in performance marketing, with e-commerce/D2C experience and agency background a strong plus. This role focuses on ROAS, CAC/CPA targets, and cross-channel alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience in E-commerce/D2C performance marketing is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a performance marketing agency managing multiple accounts across different industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts hands-on daily, including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization.
• Scale spend profitably while maintaining ROAS and CAC/CPA targets, defending spend decisions with clear data.
• Manage Google Shopping/Performance Max campaigns alongside Meta Ads, ensuring a unified view of performance and budget allocation across both platforms.
• Develop and test high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team, tailored to each account's audience and objectives.
• Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to improve campaign efficiency across accounts.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and present clear performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup across platforms (Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tags/GA4).
