Job summary

Clera is seeking a high-velocity, data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale Meta paid acquisition for an early-stage AI-powered B2B SaaS company. You will manage cross-functional work across growth, creative, product, and measurement to build a rapid-testing program.

The role targets SMB audiences with a strong emphasis on ROAS and LTV:CAC, managing seven-figure monthly spend. This remote position partners with teams in Paris and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing managing six-figure monthly Meta spend.
• Strong knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics.
• Experience partnering with creative teams and data-driven briefs.
• Ability to build tools or automate workflows with code or AI platforms.
• Track record of structured, fast-paced testing and clear communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Set Meta budget allocation and campaign strategy, managing seven-figure monthly spend against ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
• Analyze campaign results, identify creative patterns, and provide the in-house creative team with structured, data-backed briefs.
• Run a high-velocity testing program across audiences, creative, campaign structures, and micro-personas.
• Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement.
• Build tools, automations, and workflows, using AI where it can make user acquisition faster and more autonomous.
• Turn testing results into actionable insights that support the shift toward SMB and business audiences.
