You will own audits across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video and measurement, manage substantial monthly budgets, collaborate with managers, analysts, and creatives, and drive CPA, ROAS, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a focus on optimization of existing large-scale accounts.
• Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume on accounts spending $50K+ per month.
• Deep expertise across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video, and Demand Gen.
• Strong proficiency in account auditing, restructuring, bid strategy management, and budget allocation.
• Expert knowledge of conversion tracking validation, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
• Experience with auction insights analysis, search term optimization, and audience refinement.
• Advanced skills in Looker Studio and Excel / Google Sheets for performance analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of enterprise Google Ads accounts and implement restructuring to improve efficiency.
• Refine bid strategies and reallocate budgets to maximize ROI across portfolios.
• Perform in-depth search term analysis, audience refinement, and creative testing coordination.
• Provide landing page recommendations and coordinate with stakeholders for optimization.
• Monitor and own efficiency metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion quality on large monthly budgets.
