Spendesk is seeking a Senior People Partner to join the People team. You’ll be part of a 2-person team reporting to the Head of People Partnership & Operations.

This role will primarily support our Go-To-Market organisation (about 100 people) across France, the UK, Germany and Spain. You will partner with GTM leaders, coach managers, drive performance cycles, shape org design, and work with data & insights.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a People Partner or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of GTM functions and their challenges.
• Data-driven mindset; translate analytics into actionable steps.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to prototype HR automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management in complex organisations.
• Experience with Works Council / CSE is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Partner with GTM leaders and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on performance management, team development, and org effectiveness.
• Identify people challenges and translate them into concrete action plans.
• Drive performance cycles and support organisational design and workforce planning.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to Works Council topics.
• Leverage people data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Design and build AI agents to automate HR workflows and improve employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and scale People processes.
