C12, founded in 2020 and based in Paris, is building a universal quantum computer. We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to initiate and drive complex commercial projects and shape go-to-market pathways for our quantum technologies.

You will work with research teams, customers and partners to translate breakthrough science into real-world applications. You will report to the Head of Sales and collaborate with Innovation/Partnerships, Product Management, and Software teams.

Qualifications

• Scientific background in engineering, physics, quantum physics, CS or related fields.
• 4+ years of project management or strategy consulting experience in private sector.
• Experience in deeptech or complex technical product companies preferred.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects with highly technical content using planning and milestones.
• Manage statements of work and improve client delivery processes.
• Lead meetings and workshops with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Draft commercial proposals and grant applications with clients and experts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout partnerships.
