C12, based in Paris, is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to transform quantum hardware development into robust, repeatable engineering processes for future product generations.

In this role you will drive data analysis, process metrics, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D and engineering to support scalable manufacturing and industrialization of quantum hardware. Paris-based, on-site, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Semiconductor Processing, or a related technical field.
• Experience in semiconductor process development, process integration, device fabrication or hardware development.
• Strong data analysis, variability improvement, and root-cause investigation skills.
• Experience with nanotech, nanoassembly, quantum hardware, cryogenic systems, MEMS, photonics or related hardware environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the maturation of engineering processes supporting C12's quantum hardware roadmap and ensure process capability evolves with technology.
• Characterize processes, collect/analyze data, investigate failures, and drive improvements across fabrication, assembly, integration and characterization.
• Ensure process assumptions, dependencies, risks and maturity gaps are visible in engineering/program decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization, automation, and future industrialization of processes.
