Job summary

Photoroom, a fast-growing AI-native ecommerce visuals company, is hiring a Senior People Operations Manager to own payroll, HRIS, contracts, compliance, benefits and employee data across markets. You will design scalable processes, automate workflows and build self-service tools while upholding privacy and trust.

Reporting to the VP People, you will shape the operating model and partner with finance, legal and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with French payroll and employment compliance.
• Experience owning People Operations processes, workflows, and controls.
• HRIS experience; Hibob is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll and related compliance across France and Europe.
• Improve HRIS, contracts, and documentation with automation.
• Build self-service workflows and playbooks."
