Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for France to lead strategic growth with Global System Integrators and BCAP partners. You will own end-to-end relationships, drive area business plans, and execute joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue and customer outcomes.

You will spend significant time in the field with partner sellers and AWS teams, aligning on priorities, co-sell motions, and ROI-driven investments to maximize impact across France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
• Experience with Global System Integrators and/or large consulting and advisory firms.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner relationships across area levels with GSI/BCAP partners.
• Develop and execute Area Partner Business Plans with measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver Joint Go-To-Market strategies and activation programmes.
• Build multi-quarter capacity roadmaps across priority workloads and drive milestones.
• Lead field activities with partner sellers and AWS account teams.
