EverAI in France is seeking a senior performance marketing specialist to own and scale paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You will run high-velocity tests, optimize CAC and ROAS, and partner with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.

This is a hands-on, fully remote role with fast decision cycles, 4–10+ years of experience, and a track record of managing large monthly budgets. Join a 100% remote team tackling category-defining AI growth.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run rapid testing loops on creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor performance with Voluum, GA4, and dashboards.
• Develop reporting frameworks to guide strategic shifts.
