SCOR is seeking a Senior P&C Planning and Performance Analyst to strengthen analytics and tooling, focusing on automated analytics, scalable tooling and dashboarding, including a new P&C planning tool and linked dashboards. You will collaborate with Planning and Performance teams to automate processes and improve efficiency.

You will design and operationalise analytical solutions using Genesis/Foundry and Python, while promoting self-service capabilities and governance, in coordination with Data

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in financial planning, performance management, analytics or related roles within (re)insurance or consulting.
• Strong hands-on Python skills for analytics and automation.
• Experience with industrial data platforms (Foundry) is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to development and maintenance of robust analytical foundations supporting P&C Planning and Performance activities.
• Design, develop, test and maintain automated analytical pipelines and dashboards using Python and industrial data platforms.
• Act as a key counterpart for Business, Finance, Reserving, Risk, Data & Analytics and other functional teams on data/tech matters.
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc analyses, simulations or other initiatives as requested by management.
